Terms of Service

Welcome to TestTrick, a skills-based hiring and assessment platform designed to help organizations evaluate candidates through online tests, async video interviews, and psychometric tools.

By accessing or using TestTrick’s services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”).

1. User Sign-Up Obligations

To use TestTrick, you must create an account and provide all required information. If you are registering on behalf of a company or organization, we recommend using your official business email and corporate details.

You agree to:

• a) Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during sign-up
• b) Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and complete

If TestTrick has reason to believe that your information is false, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete, we may suspend or terminate your account.

2. Fees and Payment

TestTrick offers paid subscription plans of various durations. Your subscription will renew automatically unless cancelled before your next payment date. Charges will be made to the credit card last used unless updated by you in advance.

We may revise pricing or introduce new fees. Any pricing changes will apply only after your current billing cycle ends. You won’t be charged unless you’ve opted for a paid plan.

3. Use Restrictions

You agree not to use the Services to:

• • Distribute unlawful, harmful, obscene, or offensive material
• • Infringe on others' intellectual property or privacy rights
• • Send bulk, random, spam, or phishing-style test invites
• • Interfere with or disrupt the platform’s integrity or performance

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we suspect misuse, abuse, or illegal activity.

4. Inactive Account Policy

We may terminate unpaid user accounts that remain inactive for 30 consecutive days. Associated data may be deleted in such cases.

If your subscription lapses or is cancelled, access to your account and related services will be revoked. TestTrick may retain your data for up to 30 days post-termination, after which it may be permanently deleted.

5. One User, One Login Policy

Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Each user must maintain separate login credentials. For security and compliance, we reserve the right to log out users on multiple simultaneous devices or sessions.

6. Data Ownership and GDPR Compliance

You retain full ownership of the content and data you create or store within TestTrick. We respect your privacy and do not access, use, or distribute your data without permission, except as necessary to deliver the Services.

TestTrick is GDPR-compliant and provides tools for data access, portability, and deletion upon request.

7. Limitation of Liability and Exclusion of Warranties

(a) TestTrick provides its technology and services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are excluded.

(b) TestTrick does not control or independently verify assessment content, candidate responses, or communication between candidates and employers, and makes no representations regarding the quality or outcomes of assessments. Use of the platform and any resulting decisions or communications are entirely at your own risk.

(c) To the fullest extent permitted by law, TestTrick excludes liability for any actions, decisions, or outcomes based on information provided on the platform. We are not liable for any loss or damage (including negligence) resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

(d) Where our liability cannot be fully excluded, it is limited to the lesser of: (i) re-supplying the relevant services, or (ii) paying the cost for re-supply of those services.

(e) Under no circumstances will TestTrick be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of revenue, profits, business opportunity, or anticipated savings) arising from your use of the platform.

(f) While we make every effort to maintain uptime and reliability, TestTrick is not responsible for temporary unavailability due to maintenance or technical issues beyond our control.

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account under the following circumstances:

• • Suspected illegal or abusive activity
• • Extended periods of inactivity
• • Requests from law enforcement
• • Violation of these Terms

In case of termination, access to all Services, user data, and content will be revoked. You will not be entitled to any refund of fees paid.

To appeal a suspension or request data deletion, please contact: support@testtrick.com within 30 days.

9. Trial Access

You may be granted trial access to premium features. Trial users are bound by these same Terms. Upon trial expiry, access will end unless a paid subscription is activated.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property on the platform—tests, content, software, UI, and branding—is owned by TestTrick or licensed appropriately. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the platform without our express permission.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we’ll notify users via email or platform alerts. Continued use of TestTrick after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
