Where it all started
The idea for TestTrick began in 2023 long before a single line of code was written. It started with frustration, conversations and countless moments where traditional hiring failed to capture real potential. Great candidates were being overlooked for reasons unrelated to skill. Hiring managers were spending weeks interviewing, often without the clarity they needed to make confident decisions. One evening, after seeing yet another skilled candidate lose an opportunity due to a resume gap, we asked ourselves a question that changed everything. What if companies could see talent clearly, without bias or guesswork. That question sparked months of brainstorming, late nights, early prototypes and honest feedback from real users. What began as a small experiment grew into a platform companies now trust, built on the stories and struggles that inspired its creation.
