Learn how to send out TestTrick’s assessment and review results in TeamTailor

Once you have activated TestTrick’s integration with TeamTailor, you are ready to start sending out assessments to your job applicants through TeamTailor. In this article, you will learn how this is done:

Getting Started

The integration between TeamTailor and TestTrick is turned on from your TestTrick account, while the setup is configured within TeamTailor.

Connect the Integration

From your TestTrick account:

• Click your name at the top right and choose Integrations.
• Locate the TeamTailor integration and click the toggle to enable it.
• Copy the generated API Key.

From your TeamTailor account:

• Go to Marketplace and search for TestTrick.

• Click Activate.

• Paste the API Key and click Validate Credentials.

• After successful validation, click Update.

Use the Integration

Once configured, you can invite candidates to take assessments either manually or through automated triggers. Results are visible directly inside TeamTailor.

Add an Assessment to TeamTailor

• Go to Jobs and open or create a job.
• Select a stage and click Trigger > Add trigger.
• Use the Send TestTrick invitation option from the dropdown.

• Select the pre-configured Testtrick assessment and click Add trigger.

Invite Candidates to an Assessment

• To invite manually, click the + button in a job post to add a candidate.
• Fill in the form and click Add candidates.
• Move the candidate to a stage with the TestTrick trigger.

• Open the candidate’s profile to view the invitation status.

Review Results

• Go to Candidates and select the invited individual.
• In their profile, view the assessment summary.

• Click View Details for the full report inside TestTrick.

Disable the Integration

• In TestTrick, go to Integrations from your profile menu.
• Find TeamTailor and toggle it off.
• Confirm the popup prompt.
• In TeamTailor, go to Settings > Marketplace activations and click Deactivate integration.
