TestTrick Integration with JobVite

The TestTrick integration with Jobvite offers a smooth and efficient hiring experience. Easily send candidates skill-based, video, coding, and other types of assessments directly from Jobvite. Once an assessment is completed, the results are instantly reflected in Jobvite, enabling you to manage and advance candidates with greater speed and accuracy.

Enable the TestTrick Integration

Customer opens a ticket with Jobvite Support to request the TestTrick integration. Our Jobvite Support team will provide an API Key and Secret to authorize the the integration in TestTrick.

The Customer will input the API Key and Secret into TestTrick and provide the webhook details to Jobvite Support. Our Jobvite Support team will configure the webhook on the customer's Jobvite account.

Customers will need to manually create the following Workflow Steps on their Jobvite account:
• TestTrick Assessment Initiated
• TestTrick Assessment Completed

All custom fields required by the integration in Jobvite will automatically be created via the API integration.

Sending Assessment Invites to Candidates

• In the Fourth step of the assessment page, click the Integration tab and click Link.
• Select JobVite in the ATS field, and select the job profile for the candidate's assessment.
• In JobVite, change the candidate's workflow status to TestTrick Assessment Initiated to trigger the email with the assessment.

Performance Reports

Once the candidate completes the assessment, workflow status in Jobvite changes to TestTrick Assessment Completed stage and the Test report is automatically updated in the candidate record of Jobvite.
