TestTrick Integration with JobAdder

The integration between TestTrick and JobAdder enables recruiters to accelerate the hiring process by seamlessly incorporating skills testing into their recruitment workflow. With just a few clicks, users can select candidates directly within JobAdder and send them tailored assessments powered by TestTrick. These assessments are designed to evaluate a candidate’s practical skills and job readiness, providing recruiters with clear, data-driven insights that go beyond resumes and interviews.

Enable the TestTrick Integration

• Enable the toggle for JobAdder.
• Log in to JobAdder with admin credentials when prompted.
• Review and accept the requested permissions to complete the integration.

Sending Assessment Invites to Candidates

• Go to your JobAdder account and navigate to the Jobs page
• Select a candidate from the list
• Click on Actions, choose TestTrick, and then select Send Assessment.
• A pop-up window will appear. From the pop-up, select a TestTrick assessment that you have already configured in your TestTrick account and send Invite.
• The candidate will receive an invitation to complete the selected assessment.

Performance Reports

After the candidate completes the assessment, follow these steps to view the results:

• A new column named TestTrick Result will be updated with the status Completed.
• This status will include a link to the candidate's detailed assessment report.
• By clicking on the candidate’s name, you can also view the note that was added. The note includes the candidate's score and direct links to the detailed report.
